Would like some type of response email or call Was supposed to receive a call back haven't received one yet since our stay, also was told i would receive money back have even heard a word from anyone yet.

Remote wouldn't work upstairs or down had to program them just to turn tv on. Just over all loved VIEW and space but needs adjusting the items listed above !!ġ2. Hot water would shut off half way through the shower.ġ0. Up stairs bedroom and bathroom door wouldn't lock.ĩ. Down stairs bathroom door wouldn't lockĨ. Cabin wasn't " clean " very dusty, floors dirty, had very dirty smell.ĥ.No kitchen towels had to use bathroom towels to get anything out of oven.ħ. Dryer vent lint (so thick looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months)Ĥ. So i called 2 day being in cabin about a few things listed belowġ.Hot tub nasty called amd was supposed to have call back when someone was coming to check it (never got call)ģ. How deceitful and what a poor business practice! Awful! I have had a drippy throat since I have been there over a week ago from cleaning! We also noticed that Fireside only allows 5 star ratings on all of their cabins. We declined! Why would they clean an better than they did. We called twice and they offered to send a cleaning crew. Trash, candy, and heavy dust under the bed. Screen as torn and like everywhere else it was filthy downstairs between was pretty much the same. It was already damaged as there was very little left of it because the sides of it were ripped up and disintegrated. We were advised we would be charged a $400-$600 fee if the hot tub cover was damaged. We pulled out candy wrappers, a candy bracelet, a bottle cap, a sour ball, and nasty used dental floss with a plastic holder attached! The rugs obviously had to have been peed on by other pets because my little dog kept going over and smelling the same spots! Let's go to the outside patio. Oh no! The broom had not one bristle left on it! We found a duster and went u dear the furniture. We moved the furniture to sweep u dear there. My little dog went under the sofa and came out looking like a dust bunny. Cleaned the glass and the glass on the front and back doors. The glass coffee table top was sticky and filled with fingerprints. No idea who had been doing what on there. The countertop were filthy as was the table and chairs.

Inside the refrigerator was something sticky and full of crumbs. If we could leave ni stars we would! FILTHY! It was necessary for us to go but cleaning supplies and it took 2 hours to clean where it was tolerable.
